Material cost reduction of $1.5M usd for 2003, Basic design cycle reduction of 20% and increasing market share for specific product from 4% to 14%. ($500 k usd budget)

 ·  Led Multifunctional team to successfully solve customer issue, involving re-design of reflector incandescent lamp, with coordination of four Manufacturing locations utilizing Design for Six Sigma methodologies (Customer account $700K USD).

· Managed Testing laboratory incremental capacity project to provide services to U.S and reduce testing operational cost 70%. (Investment of $500k Usd)

· Implemented a Manufacture Process and Product Audit to resolve customer quality issues. Results of 70% defects reduction

·  Led a materials Rationalization project for products transferred from Ohio to Monterrey.
